Annual Jubilee Outhouse Dash Rules & RegulationsWe can provide outhouses to interested contestants who don't have their own.Classes:- Mens- Womens- Youth- Fire Departments/Ambulance Crews- Builders Associations- Churches- Children 12 and under
Rules & Regulations:5 Person/outhouse race.4 May push or pull while one rides in the outhouse.Outhouse must be safe and sound to undergo any obstacles placed before the team.Passenger MUST WEAR A HELMET & EYE PROTECTION!Passenger cannot aid in transportation in any way.Outhouse must be stable. Any loss of material, which the outhouse is constructed of, will result in disqualification.The outhouse may not be carried. Outhouse must be upright.There may be more than 1 team per outhouse. Each team will pay the entry fee.Basic Forms of the Race:Four participants will push or pull and one will ride inside.Participants will state at the beginning of the track and will pull the outhouse half way down the track.- After stopping, the passenger will get a roll of toilet paper, then proceed on with the race.- After getting to the end of the track (intact), participants will turn the outhouse around, switch riders on the seat, and proceed up the track to complete the race by crossing the finish line. (when all the personal business is finished!)Racers with the best time will be the winners.There will be prizes awarded for 1st place ($30.00), 2nd place ($15.00).There will also be an award presented to the "Best Appearing Outhouse" participating in the race. This will be judged by the crowds response to their favorite outhouse.Outhouse Specifications:Team must have structure similar to an outhouse.Outhouse must be mobile (on wheels).Outhouse cannot be motorized.Outhouse must have a 2'x2' window on both sides (NO GLASS!).Outhouse must be a minimum of 6' tall.Outhouse must be a minimum of 3-1/2' long.Outhouse must be a minimum of 3-1/2' wide.Outhouse must have a front door.Outhouse can have, but not necessary, a steering mechanism (such as tongue, reins, or steering wheel.) The steering mechanism can be operated by the rider, he puller, or the pushers and can be located on the inside or outside of the outhouse.There is a $10.00 entry fee per team. All participants must comply with the rules, regulations, and standards of construction. The chairman's decision on all items is final!

Entry Requirements:Photos must be from Somerset County.Please - No photos from previous years.No Professional Entries. This is an Amateur Photography Contest (Professional is defined as someone who makes more than 10% of their income as a photographer.)Framed under glass and ready to be displayed.Only 5" x 7" or 8" x 10" photos will be accepted.Framed to the maximum size of 8" x 10". Anything bigger will be rejected as they do not fit on the display.Only one entry per category. 8 Categories: Scenery, People, Animals, Flowers, Patriotic, Thru The Years at the Farmer’s & Threshermen’s Jubilee, Steam Engines and Farm Tractors Prizes will be awarded. Youth Category is for photographers that are ages 10 and under. They may submit 2 photos of any subject. All other rules apply.

1. One pie per contestant2. Two categories: adult (19 years & older) and junior (up to 18 years old)3. Main ingredient of pie must be apples4. All contestants are required to submit a recipe along with name, address, phone number and age.5. All pies must be in a non-returnable 9" pan and have at least one crust. 6. Professional bakers are not eligible to enter.7. Each entry will be assigned a number upon entering. No names will be revealed to the judges until final decisions are made.8. Judging will begin at 5 pm.9. All pies become the property of New Centerville & Rural Volunteer Fire Company.10. Winning pies will be auctioned off during the Jubilee Queen Contest on Wednesday evening after the parade.11. Winners should be present to receive prize and to help auction pie.

Arm Wrestling Contest Rules- Stand up arm wrestling tournament- Six male right handed weight classes- Two left hand male weight classes- Women's open class- Double Elimination- Straight wrist start- Rules for tournament will be addressed at start of tournament- Pads on table will determine the pin- Two fouls and match is considered a loss- Fouls will be gone over at rules briefing, one foot must be in contact with floor at all times, elbow must be in contact with pad on table, foul in loosing position is considered a loss, cannot use any body part such as shoulder to aid the wrist.- No arm supports are allowed, wraps, etc.- Must be 18 years of age or consent of parent or legal guardian required.- All participants will be weighed in before tournament. Three pound difference is allowed.- May enter any weight class higher than your weight class.- Chalk will be available at table.- Waiver release must be signed by participant.
